Marijuana for sleep?

    I wonder if using marijuana with a vaporiser at night to help with sleep would be a bad idea after RAI and now Hypo?

    It wouldn't be a bad idea if you can set it to turn off after a while. Otherwise it could make you drowsy in the morning. You would also want to be sure you're using indica, not sativa, strains.
    Typically, sativa strains are more energising and heady in effect. ... Indica also tend to show a wider range of cannabinoids, often also higher levels of CBD, which goes hand in hand with THC to induce and maintain good sleep.
