    Hi Elaine,

    I am looking at a different supplement to use (instead of Emergen-C) and wondered if you can tell me if this one is ok for me with Graves disease. It is called Nordic Immune Daily Defense (https://www.nordic.com/products/nordic-immune-daily-defense/?variant=39472183935160)

    Hi Nathanael,
    It looks like a good product. You might also want to look into mushroom extracts since they help modulate the immune system. Good products contain 4-5 different types of mushrooms .Take good care, Elaine
