    Hi Ling,
I get an infusion of durvalumab, an immunotherapy drug, once a month and I take Olaparib, which is a PARP inhibitor twice daily. I finally figured out the nausea is worse for a few days after the infusion and I can handle the pills better if I take then with food. I just read today that immunotherapy works best if one eats a lot of fiber and avoids probiotics. I'm increasing fiber and cutting back on my probiotic. I'll have a CT scan March 1 and will have a better idea if these clinical trial drugs are working, Thanks for checking, Elaine
