Gosh, I’m back and forth Elaine trying to get this stable. I’m on 10mg now, should I bump up to 15mg or 20mg? Should I get blood work done again in 2 or 3 weeks? I do have graves and have had a goiter since December which has been very frustrating. I’m almost ready to just get RAI :(. I need any of your suggestions, this is driving me nuts. Thank you for the help.

I can understand your frustration but don't get RAI. It's the most likely cause of my cancer.
Have you had any Covid vaccines or Covid that could be affecting your levels?
For now, I'd go back to 15 mg. FT3 does take longer to fall and your doctor could add propranolol, which inhibits the conversion of T4 into T3. That would help raise FT4 and lower FT3.
Sounds like you were diagnosed in Dec and your labs are still stabilizing. I'd wait 4-6 weeks before having repeat labs.
    Best, Elaine
