    Hi Elaine,

Hope you're having a great summer. Had my labs done this week and will see the endo this Wednesday. Here are my results from six weeks to now -- was on 5 mg of MMI on Sundays and Wednesdays for two weeks and 2.5 mg on the other days. Have been taking 2.5 mg of MMI every day since June 29 to now.

I've been feeling a bit slower than normal and sleepy (even taken a few naps on weekends, which is something I've never done in my life unless I'm sick as well as had a couple migraines this summer during my period -- also something I haven't had in about seven years). Not sure if this has anything to do with my levels, Graves etc. but would love an opinion on my latest labs, especially how low on the range the T4 is now.

    March 24:
    Free T4 21.6 (H) 7.5-16.0 (This went down 0.8 in 7 days)
    TRab (TSI) 5.0 (Normal < 1.0 IU/L; Borderline 1.0 - 2.0 IU/L; Elevated > 2.0 IU/L)
    Anti-thyroglobulin 19 (<115)
    Anti-TPO 47 (<40)

    June 7:
    TSH <0.01 (0.40-5.50)
    Free T4 10.0 (7.5-16.0) Went from 22.0 TO 10.0
    Free T3 5.7 (3.8-6.0) Went from 10.0 to 5.7
    TRab (TSI) 3.6 (Normal < 1.0 IU/L; Borderline 1.0 - 2.0 IU/L; Elevated > 2.0 IU/L) (Went down from 5.0 to 3.6)

    August 4:
    TSH <0.08 (0.40-5.50)
    Free T4 7.7 (7.5-16.0)
    Free T3 4.5 (3.8-6.0)
TRab (TSI): Results not in yet

    Thanks so much again.

    Hi,
Your FT4 is too low so I hope your doctor lowered your dose at your appointment. A dose as low as 0.5 mg is effective so hopefully your dose was lowered to 1.25 mg daily. You may even need to go lower, to 0.625 mg daily or 1.25 mg every other day. Best, Elaine
