Since I received a FitBit for Christmas I have good intentions and was surprised to see that I haven't been getting 10,000 steps in daily. I can only improve and hope that everyone here is committed to eating healthy and getting the exercise we need.

My new book on The Infectious Causes of Alzheimer's disease will be out in early 2020 and all I've learned about the microbiome convinces me that probiotics are needed for a healthy immune system, especially in people who have taken antibiotics. I've also heard from Graves' patients in the past who moved into remission after starting probiotics.
