Dr. Eric Osansky has written a short article that explains how omega oils, turmeric and resveratrol can help with TED. While supplements such as the herb eyebright can help eye health in general, they don't offer special benefits for TED.  Read Dr. Osansky's article here.

Other supplements known to help reduce symptoms in TED include acetyl-l-carnitine, vitamin B complex, especially vitamin B2, and CoQ10.

The amount of Vitamin D needed depends on your blood level of 25OH vitamin D. If your level is low, most doctors prescribe 50,000 IU taken once weekly for 12 weeks. Otherwise, the amount can vary between 1000--10,000 IU daily.
Resveratrol--250 mg once or twice daily
vitamin B complex- 100 mg daily
omega 3 oils-1000 mg once or twice daily
Flaxseed oil (combats eye dryness) 1000 mg twice daily
